At Slate Farm Wilderness and Forest School, we provide nature-based, learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and connection to the natural world.

Located on a working farm just north of Collingham, (on the Notts/Lincs border (NG23)), and with the benefit of a beautiful woodland setting, we offer:

Outdoor education sessions for local primary schools
Engaging holiday club days for children aged 4+
Enriching parent & child forest school days

Restorative “Unplug Days” for adults

Our person-led, holistic approach encourages hands-on learning, resilience, and a deep respect for nature so whether you’re looking for educational enrichment, family bonding, or a chance to shut out the noise of the outside world, Slate Farm offers you a place to unplug, unwind and explore - naturally.
